This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing the impugned order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 02.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat in Criminal Appeal No. CRA/100/2024 'Surender Singh vs. Dalbir Singh', arising out of NACT 2671/2019 titled as 'Dalbir Singh vs. Surender Singh' whereby the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and non-bailable warrants have been issued for his arrest due to his non-appearance in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on the date fixed. As such, the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled, bail bonds and surety bonds have been forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants have been issued against him vide order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court and prays that the impugned order be set aside.

On the asking of the Court, Dr. Malvika Singh, D.A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 5.

I have heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file. 6.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 02.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within next 07 working days from today at 10:00 A.M. and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the Court concerned on the same very day.

The petition stands disposed of.
