RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for setting aside the order dated 30.11.2015 vide which petitioners were proceeded ex parte, Annexure P-1, and order dated 15.03.2016 vide which Naksha B (Annexure P-2) was accepted and order dated 25.04.2016 vide which Sanad Taksim was issued (Annexure P-3) and all partition proceedings passed by learned ACIG, Tauru, District Mewat at Nuh and order dated 23.07.2019 passed by respondent No.1 (Annexure P-4) being illegal and against the provisions of Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. October 12, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
