The necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act, as sought from Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, former Judge of this Court, has been received vide letter dated 17.01.2024 and is placed on record. The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court, Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, may be appointed as an arbitrator.

In the circumstances, Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, former Judge of this Court is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.
