G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Counsel fairly submits that on information received under Right to Information Act, 2005, the petitioner was awarded 3 marks in interview. Since the case of the petitioner is that no marks had been awarded, he submits that if the said marks are taken into consideration, she does not fall within the zone of consideration. Accordingly, there is no scope for interference in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed.
