This is a petition under Section 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in CRM-M-195552025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh has stated that the order qua punishment of permanent forfeiture of one year service has already been passed against the erring officials.

In view of the fact that action has already been taken by the respondent-State against the erring officials, this Court does not deem it appropriate to pass any further orders in the present case. 4.

Rule stands discharged. Disposed off accordingly.
