**** SURESHWAR THAKUR, J. (ORAL) FIR No.343 of 04.09.2021, is registered at Police Station Patran, District Patiala, constituting therein offences under Sections 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914.

Through an order made on 27.09.2021, ad-interim bail was granted to the bail petitioner, however, subject to the condition of his rendering co-operation, in the relevant investigations, to the Investigating Officer concerned.

ASI Kulwant Singh is present in Court, and submitted, that all the relevant recoveries have been effected, by him, at the instance of the bail petitioner. He further submits that no further co-operation of the bail petitioner is required in further investigations to be made in the FIR (supra). Therefore, the order made by this Court on 27.09.2021 is made absolute, on the same terms and conditions as are embodied therein. Disposed of.
