(Oral) The prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned list dated 12.12.2013 (Annexure P-7) qua the petitioner as her claim has been rejected on the ground that she has passed only CTET and not TET. Learned State counsel submits that the controversy in the case at hand is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in Antim Kumari and others vs. State of Haryana and others, 2015 LawSuit (P&H) 2361. The same issue was there in CWP No.18565 of 2012 titled as Ashok Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and others, which was dismissed vide order dated 16.03.2016. Thereafter, LPA No.591 of 2016 titled as Ashok Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and others, was also dismissed on 12.07.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the posts are still lying vacant and as per Right of Children to Free and Compulsory

CWP No.25425 of 2014 Education Act, 2009, the name of the petitioner can be considered by relaxing the minimum qualification.

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision rendered in Antim Kumari's case (supra) as well as LPA No.591 of 2016. Dismissed.
