Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), is for quashing of impugned order dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned trial Court, Jalandhar declaring the petitioner a proclaimed person in FIR No.66 dated 20.05.2021, under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
