The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.208 dated 18.12.2024 under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 117(2), 126(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station Machhroli, District Jhajjar.
