HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE SUDIP AHLUWALIA.
*** Present: Mr.Manoj Kaushik, Advocate, for the petitioners. -.-
1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners, who belong to Scheduled Caste category and are residents of village Bhupani, Tehsil & District Faridabad, is that though in a survey they were found entitled for allotment of 100 sq.yards plots under the Government policy, namely, Mahatma Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojna yet their claim has not been accepted. We need not to dwell upon the issue as the petitioners have raised their claim vide representation dated 18.08.2016 (Annexure P-3) sent to the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad which is still pending consideration.
The writ petition is thus disposed of, at this stage with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad to take cognizance of the representation (Annexure P4) sent by the petitioners and, if need be, hold a fact-finding enquiry and take necessary action in accordance with law, Mohinder Kumar Kamboj 2017.01.18 15:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
