Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who is having a shop in Sabzi Mandi, Shaheedan Sahib, Amritsar. The ground taken in the writ petition that there are illegal encroachments in Sabzi Mandi, Shaheedan Sahib, Amritsar, which is causing hindrance in the movement of pedestrians and traffic and thereby affecting his business as well. He has sought this information regarding encroachments vide application dated 22.04.2018 moved under the Right to Information Act, 2005, a copy whereof is Annexure P2 on the file. The representations dated 22.02.2018 (Annexure P1) and dated 19.07.2018 (Annexure P4), moved by the petitioner before respondent No.3-Municipal Commissioner, Amritsar remained unattended by now.

In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3-Municipal Commissioner, Amritsar to take Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.08.09 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
