The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of notice dated 13.04.2016 (Annexure P-13) issued by respondent No. 2 under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act') and the proceedings dated 17.10.2016 (Annexure P-15) initiated by respondent No. 1, vide which respondent No. 2 has sought action against the petitioners in terms of Section 14 of the Act.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy under the provisions of the Act.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
