**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioners have preferred this writ petition with multiple prayers.

Learned counsel for respondents No.11 and 20 submits that needful in the context of prayers made by the petitioners for transfer of respondents No.6 and 7 has also been done. Learned State counsel also endorses the aforesaid contention.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for MOHMED ATIK 2022.05.24 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.24734 of 2015 (O&M) the petitioners submits that only surviving prayer is in respect of lives and personal liberties of the petitioners. In the affidavit filed by Sh. Gurdeep Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division, Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib, it has been mentioned that there is no threat to lives, liberties and properties of the petitioners from being invaded by anyone. The threat perception has been assessed by the Police.

In view of stand taken by the State, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to avail legal remedies available to the petitioners in accordance with law even with regard to registration and cross-registration of FIRs.
