CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.J. VAZIFDAR, CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARINDER SINGH SIDHU Present:- Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner.

* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner had earlier complained of an encroachment by way of excess construction by some of the private respondents. The petitioner had also filed CWP-15010-2008 which was disposed of by an order and judgement of a Division Bench of this Court dated 29.04.2010. The order, inter alia, stated that the excess coverage/encroachment on the petitioner's land had been removed. The petition was accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 2.

The petitioner alleges that once again, there is an encroachment/illegal construction by the private respondents. The petitioner at this stage merely seeks an order directing the official respondents to consider his applications dated 07.02.2017 (Annexure P-6) and 08.03.2017 (Annexure P-7). 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the authorities concerned to respond to the petitioner's applications/complaint dated 07.02.2017 (Annexure P-6) and 08.03.2017 (Annexure P-7). Needless to state that the official respondents shall take action, if any, only after considering the responses of the private respondents as well. (S.J.
