Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody only for a period of 04 months and is involved in two more cases i.e. one under the NDPS Act and the another under the Excise Act as against "none" mentioned in Paragraph No.14 at page 5, in view of which, his learned counsel does not press the instant petition at this stage.
