'()*! Petitioner prays for a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the tender notice dated 10.07.2018 issued by the respondents' authorities ignoring the instructions and notification dated 01.08.2014 (Annexure P44). 2.

Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition so as to enable the petitioner to represent to the respondents' authorities in the first instance.

That being so, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty prayed for. We are sanguine that in an event any such representation is made, the respondents' authorities shall deal therewith and pass appropriate orders, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
