RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus.
Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on order dated 15.12.2014 passed by this court in CWP No.25544 of 2014 (Vinod Kumar Vs. UHBVNL and others) to contend that the present writ petition is an identical one and may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 15.12.2014 passed in Vinod Kumar's case (supra).
