Present writ petition is for quashing the appointment of respondent No.5-Mandeep Kumar to the post of Constable in Indo Tibet Border Police Force on the ground that his appointment is illegal and arbitrary, whereas petitioner had applied for the post of Constable (Mason) and there was written examination, which he had qualified. Thereafter, he had qualified the physical examination test as well. But he was not given appointment without any reason. The legal notice dated 02.05.2018 (Annexure P11), issued at the instance of present petitioner detailing all the facts, has not been decided by the respondents as yet.
