The Instant petition has been preferred under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the '1971 Act') alleging willful disobedience of order dated 02.05.2024 passed by a co-ordinate Bench in CWP-29281-2022.

Reply by way of short affidavit of Sh. Ranbir Singh Deshwal, Executive Engineer (OP), City Division, UHBVN, Sonipat, filed in the Court today, is taken on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon perusal of the reply, submits that no grievance subsists and, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
