(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 - Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, to permit the petitioner to continue the display/erection of unipole on the site of petrol pump, khasra No.157, DLF Phase-III, Nathupur, MG Road, Gurgaon for further period beyond 18.11.2015.

The contract has already expired on 18.11.2015. This Court cannot act as an executant.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move representation before the RAVINDER SINGH 2015.11.30 14:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
