***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Plea of the petitioner is that he has been transferred four times within a span of one and a half years. According to him, transfer order dated 16.07.2018, Annexure P-4 is in violation of Policy dated 23.04.2018, Annexure P-5 regarding transfer and posting of Government employees. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that matter shall be looked into by Director, Agriculture Punjab-respondent No.2, within two months from today.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of. Status quo be maintained till the matter is examined by respondent No.2.
