The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of impugned reply/rejection dated 26.09.2016 (Annexure P-12) and the possession notice dated 22.09.2016 (Annexure P-15). 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inadvertently certain relevant documents have not been appended with the present petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars.
