(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the learned trial Court to joint the trial of respondent No.2 alongwith respondents No. 3 and 4 i.e. father and mother of respondent No.2 in case No. 15/21 dated 11.02.2021 arising out of FIR No. 636 dated 21.12.2019 under Sections 498-A/406/506 IPC registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
