Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain more details are required to be incorporated in the present petition to substantiate the submissions that the old aged petitioner and his family members are being harassed by the local police by putting undue pressure. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.
