(ORAL) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 to take required action in case FIR No. 86 dated 21.06.2018, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Gidderwaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. On instructions from ASI Baj Singh, learned counsel for the State submits that in the present case, after completion of investigation, challan report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., has been filed before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate and charges have been framed on 30.07.2022.
