On 28.05.2025, the following order was passed : "As per the office report, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are stated to have left the given address and as such they remain unserved. Respondent No.3 is stated to have died. Let complete/correct address of respondent Nos.1 and 2 be furnished within a period of three weeks from today and on doing so fresh notice be issued to them through Civil Judge (Senior Division) concerned, returnable 18.08.2025.

Meanwhile, steps be also taken for impleading the legal representatives of respondent No.3 well before the next date of hearing."

Learned counsel for the appellant states that despite having written to the appellant-Insurance Company, he has not received any response.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
