The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

Vide order dated 21.09.2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner, which is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they voluntarily complied with the previous order dated 21.09.2023.

On instructions from Inspector Inderjit Singh, counsel for the State has not disputed the contention made by counsel for the petitioner. 5.

In the entirety of facts and circumstances and petitioner's pre-trial custody of 03 months & 24 days, there is no need for further custody, as such interim order dated 21.09.2023 is made absolute. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
