This is the second petition filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 12.05.2016 registered under Sections 186, 279, 307, 336, 34 of Indian Penal Code, Section 25 of Arms Act and Section 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station Bapoli, District Panipat.

The first petition (CRM-M-17693 of 2021) was withdrawn, after arguments on 28.07.2021.
