The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 19.01.2024 and 22.05.2024 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bholath whereby the application filed by the petitioner herein to crossexamine the witnesses of the plaintiff-respondent No.1 herein was dismissed. 2.

As per the E-courts website, in the interregnum, the civil suit itself stands dismissed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 21.05.2025. 3.
