Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to demarcate her land.

After notice, reply is filed by respondent No.4, with the order dated 8.8.2014 (Annexure R-4/1T), in which it is averred that the land of the petitioner cannot be demarcated because it is still joint.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition in order to avail her remedy against the order dated 8.8.2014 (Annexure R-4/1T) passed by respondent No.4. Dismissed as withdrawn.
