       Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondents No.5 and 6.

It is the case of the petitioner that she had family relations with respondent No.5 for one and half year; that on 08.04.2021, when she refused to come to his house in response to a telephonic call made by him, he had threatened her to make her obscene photos and video recording viral, and that he had tried to defame her in the society. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpreet Singh, submits that in the inquiry conducted by DSP, Phillaur, the allegations made by the complainant were found to be false. The inquiry report dated 14.07.2021 in vernacular, filed by the learned State counsel, is taken on record.

Keeping in view the fact that the matter has been inquired PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.12.14 05:24 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

CRWP-9320-2021 /2/ into by the DSP, Phillaur, wherein the allegations raised by the petitioner, are found false, no further orders are called for. Dismissed.
