***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) and take legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 7 in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Senior Superintendent of Police, District SBS Nagar to look into the representation dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
