(ORAL) Present revision petition is to set aside impugned order dated 04.07.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Mohali, vide which application filed by petitioner seeking stay of operation of judgment and decree dated 01.09.2016 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mohali was dismissed.

Revision petition was filed in the year 2019, no interim order was passed, as prayed for.

When called out for hearing today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that same is rendered infructuous by sheer passage of time. Proceedings before the Court below may have also culminated with passage of time.

Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
