*** Mr. Harmanjit Singh Jugait, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama for respondent No. 2, which be taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an LPA has been filed against the judgment delivered by the similar Bench which is pending before the Ist Division Bench where an interim order has been passed that no coercive steps be taken against the appellants in the LPA, who are respondents in the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it being so, he be permitted to withdraw the present Contempt Petition granting him permission to file fresh one if need be, after decision of the LPA.

In view of such statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. (H.S.
