This is an application for withdrawal of the undertaking tendered before this Court on 18.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that instead of deciding the application, the main petition itself be taken on Board today itself as the same is not maintainable in view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024. 3.

In view of the above and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself. CM stands disposed off.

The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 21.05.2022 passed by Yogesh Sharma 2025.02.07 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CR-3908-2024 (O&M) -2learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar assessing the amount of interim maintenance @ ₹50,000/- per month on an application under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and the order dated 20.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the said order dated 21.05.2022 has been dismissed.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
