(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 16.10.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.1 - Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Collector, Hoshiarpur, which is illegal, without jurisdiction and the violation of principles of natural justice.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies (if any available), in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
