Present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 63 dated 06.04.2016, under Sections 395, 379-B, 454, 472, 427, 336 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station, Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1).

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Case called twice. Yesterday also none came forward on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

On the other hand, learned State counsel has apprised the Court that the petitioner is facing 53 criminal cases of different nature. 4.

In view of the aforesaid position, there is no option except to dispose off the petition.
