Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing directions to respondents No.1 & 2 to ensure the fair investigation in case FIR No. 478 dated 30.06.2019, registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 341 & 506 IPC and Sections 25/54 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal as respondent No.3 and the Investigating Officer of the care are threatening the petitioners to compromise the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for the redressal of their grievance, petitioners made representation dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Karnal, but still no action has been taken on thereon. Notice of motion.
