(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 13.08.2013 (Annexure P-2) passed by Presiding Officer, Industrial Officer, Bathinda (Additional and Sessions Judge, Bathinda).
