RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondent-authorities not to initiate the fresh/multiple enquiries on the basis of the complaints submitted by respondent No.7. It has been submitted that time and again respondent No.7 is filing false and frivolous complaints. He submits that on an earlier occasion, she had filed the complaint, which was duly enquired into and the legal opinion of the DA was also sought and the petitioners were summoned also. He submits that even thereafter on the similar allegations, false and frivolous complaint was filed only to harass the petitioners. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court,Mr.Arun Luthra, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the officials respondents. Heard.

In view of the aforementioned facts, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to take into MEENU 2022.08.23 10:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-37159-2022 -2consideration the complaint filed against the petitioners on the earlier occasion and the decision taken by the respondent-authorities before initiating any another enquiry.

Let this petition be considered as a representation by the respondent-authorities and respondent No.3, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana Rural, District Ludhiana, is directed to take a conscious decision on the same within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this petition.
