Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to submit final report to the concerned authorities for fair investigation and take action in FIR no.276 dated 28.10.2017 under Sections 420, 406, IPC registered at P.S. Killa Panipat, District Panipat. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that final report under Section 173 CrPC stands filed and charges framed.

Given above, nothing survives in this petition and the same stands disposed of. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with any of the charges, it shall be open for him to take appropriate legal recourse.
