The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for issuance of direction to expedite and decide the case titled as "Palak Rani Vs. Davinder Kumar" bearing No. MNT/125/54/2019 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his short prayer is to direct the Court below is to expedite and decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. which is pending before the Family Court at Nabha. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the parties have been divorced, however, the application filed by the respondent-wife is not being decided which is causing irreparable loss and injury to him.

Without commenting on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the said application is pending for last 6 years and especially in light of the fact that the parties have already been granted divorce, the learned Family Court, Nabha is requested to make a positive endeavour to PARUL 2025.07.29 13:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
