ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to conduct an enquiry regarding missing son of the petitioner, who is taken by the official respondents in connection with FIR No.33 dated 18.03.2019 under Sections 379, 411 IPC at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Investigation) Kapurthala, is on record and as per reply, the son of the petitioner namely Makhandeen @ Mustaak @ Gama, was arrested on the disclosure statement of the co-accused Shammu Muhammad and thereafter, challan has been presented on 01.09.2019. It is also stated that the son of the petitioner is involved in 06 more cases and therefore, his custody before the police was not illegal. In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of.
