Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the entire decretal amount of Rs.2,65,625/- stands deposited and that the execution itself stands fully satisfied. Further, for the period from March 2019 onwards a civil suit for recovery has already been instituted, which is pending. 2.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
