/3/2 Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the controversy involved in the present case is identical to the issues that were under consideration before this Court in CWP-15015 of 2025 titled as "Vikram Singh and another versus State of Haryana and others" wherein only additional fact was that the petitioner had two different Sports Gradation Certificates i.e. 'C' and 'D' Grade. /  the aforesaid factual difference, the grievance of the petitioner remains essentially identical to the one that had been examined by this Court in the order of Vikram Singh and another (supra). He further submits that he would have no objection in case the case is disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.05.2025 passed in the matter of Vikram Singh and another (supra).

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 22.05.2025 passed in the matter of Vikram Singh and another (supra).
