Present writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to send the petitioner to his nominated training centre as Soldier (General Duty).

Contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the same purpose, he had appeared in the written examination as well as physical test, but finally he was not sent for training and he had made representation dated 26.05.2018 (Annexure P8), which has not been decided as yet by the respondents.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No. 2 to decide representation dated 26.05.2018 (Annexure P8), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge July 30, 2018 "DK"
