The present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation over complaint dated 06.10.2020 (Annexure P4) and to protect the life and liberty and property of petitioners and their small school going children by directing respondent No.4 not to allow any stranger/relative of petitioners including private respondents to meet the children of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 for taking a decision on the complaint dated 06.10.2020 (Annexure P4) submitted by the petitioners.
