This appeal has been filed by appellant/husband challenging judgment and decree dated 07.07.2022 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Family Court, Gurugram whereby petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by way of mutual consent has been dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the appellant at the outset submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and he has instructions to withdraw this appeal.

Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Litigation expenses deposited in terms of order dated 14.10.2022 be released to the respondent-wife against adequate proof of identity. 5.
