(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the member of the Resident Welfare Society. The respondent No.5 is the owner of the banquet hall and loud music is often played beyond the permissible time. The petitioner has made several complaints in this regard but no action has been taken by the respondent No.4. He has referred to the legal notice-cum-representation in this regard Annexure P-7.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 6. The petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to consider the legal notice-cum-representation of the petitioner and take action, if necessary, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from now.
