1.1 A further prayer has been made for quashing the notice dated 13.12.2023 (Annexure P-15) issued by respondent No.7 - District Manager, Punjab State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited, Jalandhar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition and that the Union of India has inadvertently not been impleaded as a party. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars, after impleading the Union of India in the array of parties.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
3.1 Let the aforesaid fresh writ petition be filed within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the same shall not be entertained. 4.
